• Only individuals legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the Contract Act, 1872 may use the platform
• Users below 18 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering or investing
• You must be capable of forming a legal contract under applicable law
• Any misrepresentation of age or eligibility will result in immediate account termination

• All investments are made under predefined plans with specific terms and conditions
• Daily returns are calculated strictly as per plan terms and cannot be modified
• Returns are credited only on working days (Monday to Friday)
• No returns are credited on Sundays or declared public holidays
• GoldKarts does not permit early withdrawal or modification of active plans
• Investors must review and accept plan terms before investment

• Users are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date account information
• You must safeguard your login credentials and not share them with anyone
• Any activity performed through your account will be deemed authorized by you
• You are responsible for all actions taken from your account, regardless of authorization
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes

GoldKarts reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate platform policies
• Block users who misrepresent information or provide false documentation
• Take action against accounts engaged in unlawful activities or fraud
• Modify terms and conditions with appropriate notice to users
• Update features, services, or investment plans as deemed necessary
• Refuse service to any user at our discretion
